Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item if there is a problem.
Returns must reach me within 14 days of delivery.
I am always happy to help with an exchange as sometimes items can fit differently on different body shapes though I do my best to give as many measurements as I can to give you a full and rounded feel for the items I carry.

Unfortunately I am unable to cover return postage costs to me for items returned for refund or exchange.
I am also unable to refund on any customs fees paid by the client to receive an order sent by me.

Even though I always go for the best most secure postage option by choice I understand that a cheaper un-tracked option is more appealing to some, if you would prefer that option please message me and I will make order adjustments for you. All of my clothing garments are despatched with a clothing tag attached, if you wish to return a garment this label must still be attached to the item and in unworn condition.
